Laguna Love

For my 40th Birthday, our sweet friends, the Howie's, let us stay at their beautiful Laguna beach house. It was an amazingly relaxing time. We love the Howie family and are so thankful for their friendship!

When we first arrived back from China, Liberty couldn't stand to walk on the sand, or even feel it on her feet. Look at her now! I'd say she adjusted pretty quickly!

Campus By the Sea

This summer was our 9th year to attend Campus By the Sea, on Catalina Island. This summer was our favorite time EVER because we had Liberty AND The Roman family joined us.

                                    Chad and Eddie hiked to Avalon with the 4 older kids, while Carri and I took the boat with the younger kids. They had a ball on the hike. They always have fun together.

                                              Every year we rent a golf cart and drive to a high part of the island for pictures. Catalina is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!

                                         Every year there is a boat contest. We didn't win but we sure had fun!
